Contract payments are monthly in advance, per contract.

Large jobs, i.e. Control Retrofits and Machine Yearly’s, require 50% down payment, balance upon completion.

Standard terms are Net 15 days.  Finance charges will incur for overdue payments.

All travel expenses such as air, lodging, rental car, and meals are invoiced at cost.
