We take pride in our work and want to get you back into production as quickly as possible.  The following policy sets our standards for scheduling.  

We hope you will understand if we have to bump you around some so we may attend to customers in more urgent situations, as we expect you would appreciate it if you are the one in urgent need.

 

bulletCustomers in good standing will receive priority service.
bulletCustomers with down production will be dubbed “emergency service” and receive priority.
bulletA purchase order number is required to schedule time. 
bulletCustomers in poor standing may be placed on “payment-in-advance” terms. 
bulletThe time scheduled will be our first available based on our time estimates of current jobs. 
bulletRescheduling may be necessary based on time overrun or under-run of time estimates. 
bulletIf your needs can be moved up in the schedule we will do so.
